Alexa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2019 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Clarkson College in 2023. Alexa is a board-certified Family Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Alexa practiced in both the inpatient and outpatient setting as a registered nurse. She joined Gastroenterology Specialties in September of 2024.
